de ezek cseréje a későbbiekben ajánlott.  A tető szerkezet jó állapotú. A ház
fűtéséről minden helyiségben gázkonvektorok gondoskodnak. Melegvizet
villanybojler biztosítja. Az udvaron található több melléképület is, valamint
egy külön álló pince és egy fúrt kút. Van még hely és lehetőség állatok
tartására is, valamint a nagy teleknek köszönhetően akár veteményes kert is
kialakítható. És hogy a gyerekekre is gondoljunk, bőven jut még hely egy kisebb
játszótér kialakítására is. A községtől Balatonmáriafürdő vasútállomása és
központi strand körülbelül 4 km távolságra van, az M7 autópálya is pár km
távolságra található. Marcali város 10 km-re helyezkedik el, tehát minden
szükséges infrastruktúra a közelben megtalálható, legyen szó munkahelyről,

Zentralstrand von Balatonmáriafürdő entfernt, und die Autobahn M7 ist ein paar
km entfernt. Die Stadt Marcali ist 10 km entfernt, so dass alle notwendige
